White-Water Rafting
Come and explore the rivers of the Amazon! We have 3 options;
the family friendly Pastaza River, the thrill-seeking Jatun Yacu River, as well as Kayak classes.
No previous rafting experience is necessary. All trips depart from Tena.
White-Water Rafting on the Amazon Rivers
The Pastaza River, is ideal for families and adventure enthusiasts. It is a wide river that has several lines. Enjoy the backdrop of the Amazon rainforest on a 2 hour trip from put-in to take-out.
Level of Difficulty: Class III.
$35 USD
The Jatun Yacu River, (which means “BIG WATER” in Kichwa) is a trip for both beginners and experts. It has large waves, exciting rapids, calm pools, long sandy beaches, waterfalls, and lush, green vegetation on a 5 hour trip.
Level of Difficulty: Class III - $60 USD, Class IV - $80 USD
