The Huaorani people will demonstrate how to survive in the jungle by collecting jungle fruits, how they make their traditional houses and handicrafts. We will have lunch in the jungle, amongst the giant, 40m tall Ceibo trees. In the afternoon we will walk for 2 to 3 hours. Then we will prepare our tents to camp in the jungle and enjoy a candle light dinner.

After breakfast, we will hike for 3 to 4 hours on a trail that traverses both terra firme and varzea forest. We follow this trail with two overlooks as it winds towards the Huaorani community. At noon we arrive at the Nushino River, where we have time to swim. The Huaorani people may join you. Lunch is served on the beach. In the early afternoon we set up our camp close to the river. After a delicious dinner, we go fishing.

Here, we have the opportunity to buy handicrafts, weapons, hammocks, try chicha, and banana and yucca manioc cassava. It is possible to join the Huaorani in a traditional hunt using a blowgun and curare poisoned darts. In the afternoon we travel down the Nushino River to a hidden lagoon for fishing. We camp close to the lagoon and prepare our dinner. After dinner we do a night walk to see the rainforest animals.
